  7. After downloading and running the self-extracting file 
  8. FFLO70.EXE, 5 FFLO install files will have been
  9. saved in the directory on your hard drive that you 
  10. specified, including INSTALL.EXE.  Using Windows Explorer, 
  11. locate and double-click on the INSTALL.EXE file to run it.  
  12. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the 
  13. installation process.

  15. IMPORTANT:

  17. If you already are using the version 7.0 and want
  18. your data to remain unchanged, select the PARTIAL 
  19. INSTALLATION option.

  21. If you are installing this program for the first time, use 
  22. the FULL INSTALLATION option.
